bdtfan Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an active account on bdtfan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtfan does not permit access to persons under 21.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of bdtfan, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide truthful, current, and complete information in all fields of the registration form, including full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

bdtfan reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without stating a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtfan account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. bdtfan will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. All bets and transactions made from your account prior to notification of a security breach are considered valid and will not be reversed unless bdtfan, at its sole discretion, determines that fraud has occurred.

bdtfan accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdtfan does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Deposits are credited to your bdtfan wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor — typically within seconds for mobile wallet methods.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.
• bdtfan reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.
• Deposits are final once credited. If you believe an incorrect amount has been deducted by your payment provider, you must contact that provider directly.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. bdtfan does not facilitate withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used to fund the account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, bdtfan may require identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bdtfan reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-fraud and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

bdtfan offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bet credits, and seasonal specials tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's dedicated page. Players must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the required number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on bdtfan are supplied by internationally certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live physical equipment and are not influenced by bdtfan.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. Technical errors affecting the display of odds or game results that are clearly erroneous will be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports betting odds are set by bdtfan's pricing engine and may change until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BPL governing council, etc.) shall be final.
• Winnings credited in error (e.g., as a result of a software fault) are not the property of the player. bdtfan reserves the right to reclaim any such erroneously credited winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtfan platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcome you have prior non-public knowledge of.
• Using the bdtfan platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any reason.
• Providing false identity documents during the verification process.

bdtfan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In cases of confirmed breach, bdtfan may forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtfan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet connectivity interruptions during the placement of a wager.
• Losses resulting from your own decisions regarding bet selection, staking, and game strategy.
• Technical malfunctions of third-party payment processors or game software providers.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

bdtfan's aggregate liability to any single player shall under no circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bdtfan, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bdtfan will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
